Where it fits

For people responsible for other people's work

Leading a team fills the calendar with other people's priorities. DailyLens keeps a short record of yours.

Context switching all day

Record a quick note after each meeting with what was decided and what is still open. Your entries stay searchable in your journal.

Deep work gets squeezed

The focus protocol plans focus blocks, a breathing exercise before deep work and a low-stimulation evening, with focus and stress ratings. Adjust it or build your own.

Your own recovery comes last

Rate energy and stress after work. On Pro, weekly reports summarise what you recorded, so you can decide what to change.

How a week looks

A short loop alongside a full calendar

Minutes a day, one review a week.

  1. Step 1 · Set up

    Start with the focus protocol

Use the ready-made focus protocol or pick only the practices you want, at the times of day that fit your calendar.

  2. Step 2 · Record

    Capture between meetings

A voice note or a few lines from the + button. Text entries also work offline.

  3. Step 3 · Measure

Set a target if you want a number

On Pro, set your own target for something you count, such as minutes of focused work or steps, and add entries as the day goes on.

  4. Step 4 · Review

    Review the week

Insights shows what you recorded, and on Pro, weekly reports summarise it. AI chat, also on Pro, answers questions about your recent entries; changes are applied only after you approve them.

Inside the app

What a lead's week looks like in DailyLens

Real screens from the app: a written note, goals and the weekly view.

Clear boundaries

A personal journal, not a team tool

DailyLens shows what you recorded for yourself. It does not measure your team, score your performance or diagnose anything.

Nothing is shared with your team

Your entries belong to your personal account. DailyLens has no team view and does not report to an employer.

Text entries start on your device

Text entries are saved locally first, so you can write offline. They sync to your account when you are signed in and online.

AI only where you use it

Transcription, voice analysis, reports and AI chat send the data they need to DailyLens servers and AI providers. AI chat applies a suggested change only after you approve it.

Some features depend on your plan

The free plan covers writing and recording entries, ready-made protocols and Quick Track, with limits on voice transcription and custom protocols. AI chat, daily and weekly reports, voice analysis and personal goals are part of Pro.
